rates

Our rate structure is simple and designed to best suit your needs. For non-wedding events, you can expect your investment to be $140 per hour performed. For wedding receptions, your investment is $160 per hour performed. There is a $500 minimum for all events. We do not charge for planning, set-up or breakdown. If your event is fifty or more miles from Winston-Salem, we typically include a mileage rate of $.62/mile. In addition to our hourly rate, you can expect the following investment:

• $110 for basic lighting set-up (Chauvet GigBar2 Lighting System - 1 to 2 Tree Stands)
• $125 for lighting truss set-up (5 to 10 ft.)
• $115 for uplighting/cocktail & mood lighting set-up
• Two-man DJ/KJ/Emcee Show Package including one roadie/assistant set-up/breakdown ($140-200 based on length of event. Please contact us for more information)
• $100 per hour for wedding ceremony services/set-up
• $225 for additional cocktail/dinner music speaker system in multiple rooms (This does not include ceremony services performed.)
