We'll first reserve your date and discuss your needs, the size of your event, the music you like, announcements, etc. We will ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to make sure we haven't missed anything, and you'll be given the opportunity to choose the songs you would like to hear from our Top 200 Most Requested Songs and our Song Request Catalog. Of course, we're happy to add any favorites not currently in our catalog.
We'll schedule a time to tour your event location to get familiar with the space and to make sure we have proper electrical outlets, adequate power and access to Wi-Fi internet.
Our DJ's and emcee's will arrive early for set up, dressed appropriately, and ready to go so that YOUR event goes as planned and smoothly as possible.
On event day we will need a minimum of three hours prior to the start time to set up.
And we will request at least one hour to break down at the conclusion.
Our music library
Our music library consists of over 11,000 songs with a variety from as far back as the 1920s to today in genres ranging from Old School Hip-Hop/Rap, Jazz & Blues to Pop to Top 40/Today's Hits to Classic Rock & Roll.

For all you technology experts, we use Pioneer DDJ-1000 decks for spinning, scratching, beatmatching and beatmixing to keep our crowds moving on the dance floor, Mackie Pro FX12 mixing board, state-of-the-art Shure wireless microphone system, Sennheiser wireless speaker system with additional lavalier clip-on mics included (for multiple set-ups in separate rooms) and an extremely powerful QSC K-Series 12,000-Watt peak speaker system (two K12, two K10, two K8 tops, and two KW181 subs) for superior and reliable performance and sound. CDs & hard drive provide backup when needed.
And because no event is complete without terrific lighting, our large lighting truss and two Chauvet GigBar2 Lighting Systems brighten up any party dance floor for dancing. We also offer elegant cocktail lighting, uplighting for a beautiful room ambience, and mellow lighting as guests arrive at your event.
