We'll first reserve your date and discuss your needs, the size of your event, the music you like, announcements, etc. We will ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to make sure we haven't missed anything, and you'll be given the opportunity to choose the songs you would like to hear from our Top 200 Most Requested Songs and our Song Request Catalog. Of course, we're happy to add any favorites not currently in our catalog.
We'll schedule a time to tour your event location to get familiar with the space and to make sure we have proper electrical outlets, adequate power and access to the internet.
On event day we will need a minimum of two hours prior to the start time to set up.
And we will request at least one hour to break down afterwards.
Our music library
Our music library consists of over 10,000 songs with a variety from as far back as the 1920s to today in genres ranging from Old School Hip-Hop/Rap, Jazz & Blues to Pop to Top 40/Today's Hits to Classic Rock & Roll. And if singing is in your plans, we've got over 8,000 karaoke songs from which to choose.
superior sound and lighting
For all you technology buffs, we use both a Mackie mixing board and BBE Sonic Maximizer as amplifiers, state-of-the-art Shure wireless microphone system, CDs & hard drive as backup, and an extremely powerful QSC K-Series 8,000-Watt powered speaker sound system (two K-12s, two K-8s tops and two KW-181 subs) that will blow the room away. And of course, a dance event isn't a party without beautiful and elegant lighting to brighten up the dance floor.
