Our fee structure is simple and designed to best suit your needs. For non-wedding events, you can expect your investment to be $105 per hour performed. For wedding receptions, your investment is $120 per hour performed. There is a $300 minimum for all events. We do not charge for planning, set-up or breakdown. If your event is more than fifty miles from Winston-Salem, we typically include a mileage fee of $.55/mile. In addition to our hourly rate, you can expect the following investment:
• $60 for basic lighting set-up
• $80 for lighting truss set-up
• $85 for karaoke services
• Two-man DJ/KJ/Emcee Show Package including one roadie/assistant set-up/breakdown ($80-140 based on length of event) (please contact us for more information)
• $70 per hour for wedding ceremony services
• $100 per hour for extra set-up for cocktail/dinner music and ceremonies (This does include ceremony services performed.)
We accept payment by cash, check and all major credit cards (via Square).
